王丽,女,助理研究员,硕士生导师。厦门大学学士、硕士,香港中文大学博士。多年来一直从事海洋微生物生态学研究,针对海洋热液口、深海等海洋极端环境,利用分子生物学、生物信息学、微生物纯培养的研究方法,揭示环境中的微生物群落及其功能多样性。近年来聚焦热液环境中的主要类群Epsilon-变形菌,从生态分型、代谢多样性等方面揭示其环境适应机制。在Microbial Ecology、Frontiers in Microbiology、Microbiome等主流杂志发表SCI论文若干,主持包括国家自然科学基金在内的科研基金三项。
